„The house was great. I wasn’t prepared for the gravel roads we’d need to take to access the house. It was as advertised 25 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park, but for a family not used to gravel roads, it seemed farther out of the way. “

„This is a private spot, and it was comfortable inside & out. Air conditioning made the hottest hours quite pleasant, but I had the windows open most of the time for the cool late July breeze. I would highly recommend this property.“

„We needed a spot to attend a family memorial in the area. This house was a perfect selection. The weather was a little too wet and chilly to take advantage of the lake fully, unfortunately! But we couldn’t have asked for more with the house and the ease of stay. We appreciated every little touch! “

„This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. “

„Easy to check in. After long days we appreciated the TV in each room for some downtime. Full bathrooms on each floor are helpful. Laundry is easy to use and upstairs. Great for families! “

„Would recommend to anyone. Our family stayed here in 2014. Upgrades on furniture since then we're great. Beds were all comfort, which is huge for us since we used them all. Three generations of us enjoyed the property, house and that fantastic view. What was our family farm (1940’s) could be seen across the valley making it extra special. Thank you to our awesome hosts. Your place allowed us to gather together for a tough weekend.“
