« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Breakfast was fast and good-
We asked for housekeeping services 3 different times in one day, and they never showed up. We had to take our own dirty towels away and get fresh ones. That's all we asked for after being there 2 days, we needed clean towels and floor vacuumed, and no one ever came after calling 3 seperate times. Other than that, it was wonderful. »

« We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. »
