« Overall stay was good, but will be ask for a £50 pending deposit but will be explained before entering the room about the use of entrance and room keys what the deposit is used for due to previous guest getting keys muddled up with the wrong doors and having to call a locksmith. The host explained the use of the shower by using a switch to get hot water and explained about just flushing toilet paper in the bowl instead of any sanitary products that may affect the deposit. « Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Staff were lovely. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was very clean, well appointed and cosy. Bed was comfortable. Bar / restaurant offered excellent food and drinks both in the evening and next morning for breakfast. Continental Breakfast included in the price was more than sufficient for our needs. Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to stay there. »
