- Before arrival we require a photo of the official ID of EACH guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations, to authorize access and comply with the building's rules.

- Condo staff available 24/7 for check-in/check-out; cleaning service during your stay available at the front desk.

- The pool, beach and resort amenities are shared/communal areas of the complex.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos); please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.

- Your stay includes pre-arrival and post-departure cleaning plus basic welcome amenities.
