Family vacation 2025

Overall we had a pretty good experience. Communication with the management group was fast. However, our check in time was delayed by about an hour because the guests before us didn’t leave the house in good shape. Our outside trash cans were overflowing until Wednesday. (Trash pickup was a day late) Elevator did not work upon check-in and we were reminded that they are not guaranteed to work. Not helpful information for my 79 yr old Father. I will say they did have it fixed by Sunday afternoon. It worked until Thursday evening when it stopped working again. They sent maintenance over Friday afternoon but they were not able to fix it. House is beautiful and everything is new, kitchen could have a few more pots and pans for cooking for a large group. Porches were awesome to sit on and pool was gorgeous. We rented golf carts which made going to and from the beach very easy.

The property was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect.. easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach.We had a few hiccups.. the Master Bedroom bed was broken upon our arrival, it took 3 different days and people to finally get it fixed. A dead tree next to the pool dropped a large branch into the pool breaking the fence and making the pool very dirty. With a quick text in the morning, the branch was removed and the pool was cleaned.The kitchen had everything we needed. We had 8 beach chairs and beach toys.It was a great vacation

Perfect for a reunion - Friends and Family

This home had EVERYTHING that we needed to entertain our family and friends. Communication with the property manager was excellent from the beginning. The home is LOVELY! The 2 refrigerators came in very handy with a large crowd. We had a personal chef one evening and they had a great time cooking in the high end kitchen with plenty of room. Everything was in walking distance or a very short drive. We are already looking at dates for 2026 to return to this amazing home.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was excellent and attended to our needs immediately and were so friendly. We had a few issues with the house, but I believe it was just because it is new and some kinks need to be figured out. Top flr elevator latch was off causing problems. Hot water only held for 4-5 showers. Recommend spacing showers out. Management was quick to address both.We had ages 2-84 staying in the house. Each room had amazing comfort and decor and fit our family perfectly. The house had top of the line appliances and design. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Some suggestion would be to label the many light switches & remotes. Add a keurig in addition to the drip coffee maker.The house had two refrigerators which was a blessing. Definitely needed with that many people. Two dishwashers would have been perfect. An ice maker would be a welcomed addition as the refrigerator ones were quite small.There’s plenty of pantry and cabinet space to put your belongings.extra towels and blankets would be great in case someone wanted to sleep on a couch (due to snoring or insomnia etc). The only real gathering space is the kitchen living room open concept area. Although it was big enough, the acoustics were very loud and echoed. It would be great to have another indoor gathering area for the men/women/children to separate..There was a small area on 2nd floor but was more for watching tv & was right outside bedrooms.
