The Harbor Sails complex features an outdoor pool, tennis courts and an elevator. There is one unassigned parking spot.Take a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions like The Original Greene Turtle, Gold Coast Mall, and Fox Gold Coast Movie Theater. Walking distance of the Carousel, which provides ice-skating to the public! Indulge in 24/7 dining at Denny's within walking distance for late-night cravings. Explore the Ocean City Square Shopping Center, just a short walk away, offering an array of pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, escape rooms, and delightful dessert options.

Linens are not included in this unit but rental options are available. Linens can be rented for $102. A linen rental includes sheets for all beds, pillowcases, hand towels for each bathroom, and a bath towel for each occupant. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
