That was such a nice house we spend time with the whole family. The house was so close to the boardwalk. We had to enjoy their so that was such a nice trip.

This place was perfect for our girls trip. Short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars. It was so nice that we could sit on the deck and listen to the band play across the street.

Location was great. Not very clean at all. Need more silverware not enough to even cover the guest amount it holds. Just really needs a beattwr cleaning company. Loved the house lay out was great. Down stairs bedroom needs curtains on door for better privacy.

Close to everything!

This charming home was perfect for our retreat needs! It was well kept, clean and spacious. The parking spaces are located directly under the unit, which resembles a carport, and are very convenient for unloading and loading your vehicles. The multi-level decks give you beautiful views of the ocean and the bay and are a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. We hope to stay here again next year! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Perfect location to boardwalk.

We loved the easy access to the boardwalk and the music from the outdoor establishment next door. It's very roomy and great wrap around porch. Noisy street activities below with motorcycles and police cars. Very very noisy trash removal truck every morning at 5am. Don't expect extra sleep at this location but great otherwise.

Spacious. Close to everything. Three full baths. A/C worked great. Linens and towels provided. Plenty of off street parking and beach chair/gear storage. Huge deck. Only thing it needs is hose/spigot to rinse feet.

Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family. Got basically no cable channels, even basic channels. Very difficult accessing our own streaming services.

Perfect for all of us, really nice.

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 children. We loved the different rooms and the bedroom set up. The two balcony's provided good views to the ocean. The down-side was trying to figure out where the 2-car parking was located and the renter's responsibilities need to be updated. I washed all the towels and found out I didn't need to. The Vacassa Rep said they need to update the list of responsibilities. We would definitely rent this space again.

We were refused for more toilet tissue. We were asked to buy- Cost of it is negligible-need to improve policy- Property is very run down Bed broke-Door knobs broken too. Many other things needed upgraded

The house itself is beautiful. The location is perfect. Upon arrival we noticed that the house was not clean. The floors were dirty, and we had to mop ourselves just so we felt comfortable walking around. The kitchen had ants. We called to report and also our travel agent, Mindi Phillips from Beloved Getaways called. We were told that someone would be there to spray. They never showed up. We went out ourselves and bought ant spray. I just felt for the amount of money that we are charged to rent the house; the house should have been cleaned.

Great house for a group

The location of this house is great if you want to be where all the action is. It is right near the boardwalk and a very quick walk to the beach. We loved listening to the music of the live bands at Plim Plaza and the convenience of having bars and restaurants right there was great. That being said, when it did get to the time when we wanted to get some sleep, this area remains pretty noisy into the night. If you are looking for a week full of good sleep, this is not your place. The house is nice, enough room for 2 families to sleep. The kitchen is small with little counter space. The cable situation is awful, with very few channels. We spend most of our vacations on the beach or out and about but there are a few of us who want to wake up and watch news or sports or settle in at night doing that. The towels that were provided were new but also extremely cheap so when we used them we ended up with white lint all over us. It was great that we had the washer and dryer because once we washed all the towels they were fine. Also nice to not have to bring dirty clothes and beach towels home with us. All in all, it's a great spot, nice house and awesome for a large group.

Get location. Lots of room

Plenty of room for our large party. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. There is a band nightly accross the street which is in the description and a nice addition. We would sit on the deck and listen some nights. But if you didnt want to you could go inside and really not hear it. Could stock it better for large groups. Not enough towels or toilet paper. And needs some maintenance. Windows and doors dont close or are broken. Couldnt use the outdoor storage because the lock box was missing. And they have tvs set for pg rating. Cant watch anything without a parental pin which is not supplied. All and all a good place and would stay again.

Great stay

Great house to stay at with friends. Boardwalk and beach is right outside of the house and we were close to everything. The big deck was a nice perk to enjoy the sun. The house was very spacious and accommodated all of us comfortably. We all enjoyed our weekend stay!

Ants love this place!

You'll share this very dirty and rundown house with lots of ants in the kitchen. I've stayed here 4 times and each time it is a little worse. The place is literally falling apart. Door knobs falling off, furniture is broken, wood floors are disgustingly filthy, deck steps are falling apart. Many of these issues are starting to be a safety concern. The location is great, but think hard before renting this place unless they finally put some money back into it. Each year the price goes up and the quality goes way down.
