A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit's location. This unit's balcony will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.

Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
