Early risers will love watching the sunrise from the main oceanfront balcony, while the second bedroom, located at the opposite end of the unit, features its own bayside balcony where you can unwind and take in the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located nearby, making this layout ideal for families or small groups looking to enjoy both ocean and bay views throughout their stay.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
