    Property Overview- Anchors Aweigh 203 is a great place for you and your family to have a memorable
    time at the beach. This recently built condo is in the highly desirable downtown Ocean City and across the streets from boardwalk.
    It is luxury beautiful open concept, bay side waterfront condo 3-bedroom 3
    bath within a 3-minute stroll to the beach and boardwalk! The condo has premium furnishings with
    breath-taking views from the balcony of the bay and even ocean views from the front entrance that is
    perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. It has everything everyone wants. Sit back with a drink and
    enjoy the beautiful Waterview.
    This luxury condo has gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, storage closet for all beach chairs,
    separate laundry room with shelving, ceramic tile floor, granite counters, spa tub & more. Each
    bedroom has its own full bath with tiled showers and storage, each bedroom has ceiling fans with light
    fixture, along with the living room. The master bathroom includes a jetted tub to relax after a long day
    at the White Marlin Open, which is right around the corner. You also won't have to lug bikes, beach
    chairs or sand up to this immaculate home, as there is a storage room, bike storage & an outdoor
    shower. Additional luxuries include WiFi, flat panel TVs in the living and all bedrooms.
    The building has covered parking, outside shower, elevator, bike storage and secure
    lobby entrance.
    There are 2 assigned parking spot underneath the building, in addition plenty of street parking.
    If you like to cook, you will totally love the kitchen that is fully stocked. There is a breakfast bar with
    stools, along with a full dining room set that seats 6, so the whole family can dine in.
    What is nearby.
    The condo is within walking distance to many great restaurants with CVS right across the street for quick
    shopping. Most important attraction is that the beach & boardwalk are just 3 blocks away! During the
    summer months take the family to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain water, Mini-golfs and
    tons of activities all within walking distance.
    So, come and relax with this location just park your car and you'll be close to everything from the beach
    to the boardwalk to entertainment and more.
    This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible
    individuals over the age of 25.

We Loved It!

Beautiful condo in a great area. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Tons of space. Lots of extras (fully stocked kitchen, kids toys and games, tvs in every room, laundry, downstairs storage.) Beautiful view off the balcony over the canal. Several eateries and drug store within 3 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. Its a beautiful place and we can't wait to go back next year! Only negative is the check in process. We had to wait until 3pm and then go to the property management office several miles north of the property to be handed an envelope with keys and toilet paper. Had to return the keys there as well when we left. In 2023 we should be able to receive a text or email with a door code when the unit is ready. This was mildly annoying and time consuming.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the full size washer and dryer came in very handy, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every night.

Great property and location

This was a great find for the small group of friends we had for an extended weekend in OC. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and venues. The balcony was a great addition to the experience when we were in the condo.

Wonderful condo

The only issue was there were some ants in the condo. Nothing massive. The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Spacious and relaxing. The balcony was very pleasant to relax on. My whole family enjoyed the condo, and plan on returning in the future to vacation again.

Nice spot

This is a nice spot for families. The large bedroom was very spacious. There were some kids toys, which was nice. It's walking distance to the beach and nearby stores, so that was a perk. My only complaints were: 1-having to drive to the rental office to be told there was a code to enter the door. 2-the faucet was broke upon arrival and not fixed. 3-charging extra for linens 4-excessive cleaning and property fees beyond the rental daily rate 5-the wifi password was incorrect and it took 2 days to rectify.
