1rst time in OCMD

Really spotless propriety. Lot of our for our little familly. Appreciate the 2nd barhroom for our older daughter. Quiet neighborhood. The only things we noticed bad, is the trash truck make his run each morning at 6h30. It’s really bad when you are on vacations and not need to wake up early like all others work day. If you are not an early bird, take a notice of that. Overall we like our experience. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

The first thing I'll say that, the management team was excellent. Even though i was aware that there was a no early arrival policy, the management called (no email no text) me to let me know that the condo was available early (no additional charge). The communications was excellent throughout my entire stay. The property was clean and comfortable with accessories fully functional. The distance to the beach perfect and access to resturants children's activities was very good as well. I choose a place each year (9 years now) to spend time with my grandsons. This was the perfect place for 2 teenagers. I will remember and im sure they will as well. Definitely worthy of a return trip. A perfect 5 star.

Place is beautiful, the kids enjoyed opening the balcony barn door each morning, they have hooks everywhere which was perfect. Very clean and comfortable (we’ve stayed in OC MD before and a lot of places are not even comparable). I never cooked but they had everything you would need! The beach was close enough that the teens went by themselves. we had a foot wash right below our room. We had a giant dance bag and I was worried about carrying it up….they had an elevator! Just be aware the twin beds are super small and in a small room, my son chose to sleep on the couch bed instead.

This is a charming, nicely appointed, clean, and amazingly situated small condo. Being on the 2nd floor is perfect, so you're not street level, but it also was really easy to take the steps and not have to rely on the small elevator. The kitchen was well appointed, the dining area was perfect, and the living room was comfortable and had plenty of room for us. The main bedroom is large and comfortable. The second bedroom is small - and the beds a little soft, but it was perfect for our needs. Communication from the designated point of contact (owner/manager?) was excellent, which made the rental all that much better when I had a question. I already plan on renting the unit again for my next meeting at the Convention Center.

Very impressed with the condo and location...not crowded with parking and the beach was not crowded. It was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Wish we could of stayed longer. The weather was perfect!

Awesome property and location

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was neat, clean and updated and was in the perfect location.it looks like it was recently renovated and to my dis an awesome job maximizing the space for storage and such. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was just as described and the communication with property owner/property manager was great. Check in was easy and the stay was fine. The place was well equipped and location was just as described. My complaint is the constant fees that renters are always paying. We see a listed price but then pay a service fee, a owners fee, a cleaning fee etc etc. The latest was a $140 "linen fee" The place had no sheets on any of the beds and no towels or wash cloths in any of the bathrooms. For the price I paid I would expect sheets and towels to be included In fairness to the property and the listing this information was disclosed; I just missed it. That on me. The purpose of this review is that other vrbo renters (like myself) pay more attention to the reviews than the details of the listing so if you book this place remember to bring your own sheets and towels or factor in a $140 linen fee. Those traveling by plane with weight limits for checked bags can't pack liens and towels. It was cheaper to go buy sheets/towels at Target than pay a $140 linen fee. I'm just tired of getting all these extra fees that drives the price up as opposed to the price we see to get us to click on the listing

Clean and easy in OC

My husband, daughter (22) and I stayed in this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath just 1/2 block from the beach. It is located in a quiet location, was clean, updated and well appointed. David was quick to answer any pre-vaca questions I had. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Nice condo; great location!

Everything was terrific: location, decor, comfort. I like the open layout of kitchen & living room. Very nice, large balcony. Check in was super easy. It was also nice being on a pretty quiet street and just far enough that you don't hear traffic from the main road. If I had to identify a negative, the garbage truck picks up the trash in back parking lot at 6:30 a.m. (not the owners fault).
