VBRO listing promised an elevator. It had none so my daughter in an electric wheelchair had no way to reach the third floor. We contacted the actual owner ('Coastal Living) twice before leaving for the beach to verify an elevator existed; both times was told we'd receive a call back and didn't. I.finally threatening a lawsuit and they (CoastalLiving) were able to find another property with an elevator, just available due to maintenance. Later research showed there were almost no other properties. open.The problem was VBROs fault, Coastal Living never showed an elevator in their original listing but the VBRO post did. Not receiving a callback from Coastal Living greatly exacerbated the issue.
