We were very disappointed with my stay. The jets in the tub in our room caused me to break out in hives, likely because of whatever chemicals or residue were inside them. There were also Corona bottle caps underneath the bed, which made the room feel unclean.
In addition, it would have been helpful if the front desk staff had communicated basic information more clearly to guests upon arrival. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was poor, there were no beverages available except coffee, and apparently guests were expected to ask for each specific item. On top of that, the staff member cleaning up the breakfast area began wiping things down before I was even able to get my food, which felt unwelcoming and rushed.
Overall, the cleanliness, communication, and breakfast experience all fell below expectations.
