This property was absolutely fantastic. We actually wanted a base to go to Disney but we wanted to stay on the coast. This was a further drive but really worth it! The pool, the games, and all the facilities were the best we’ve ever seen in any rental property. The kitchen was so well equipped—it had everything you could possibly need, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The setup really created the perfect environment for a fun and relaxing stay. Our kids loved it so much they didn’t even want to leave the house half the time! Oceanside is also a great Bea h town with loads. Of great restaurants too. Highly recommended—we’d love to return.

I’ve never used Vrbo before and it was amazing, the check in process was easy and simple. So much to do games, swimming ect… Great for a big family Very clean The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals while we stayed there and even had a grill to cook out on.

This was a great stay in Oceanside for a family of 10. All the amenities plus more like mini putt, pool, grill, foozball, pool (the game), and ping pong made it enjoyable for adult and kid family activities. The location is great too as it’s just a 10-12 min drive to the beach and nicely tucked in its neighborhood for peace and quiet. Would recommend to any big family. Couldn’t get the jacuzzi water to heat up but that was the least of our worries and maybe something we were doing wrong. Would recommend to any big party 100% and will consider coming back here if ever in Oceanside again.

Great pool. Had an issue with the shower handle in the hall bath and couldn’t get it fixed while we were there so we had 10 people using one shower. Host was quick to respond when we reached out to them.

Great Family Retreat

We just spent 2 days at the O'side retreat and had a great time. The places is set up perfect for families who want to have some privacy and enjoy the pool. The pool was warm enough in July that we didn't need to heat it. We had everything we needed for our time there and was well labeled.

Perfect for large family Oceanside Vacation

Perfect in every way - location; close to downtown and the beach. Home had everything we wanted or needed. A lot of rentals for large families skimp on dishes, seating, towels, etc, but not this place! Well stocked with everything we needed. We went to the beach in the morning 0played in the pool and the hot tub the rest of the day. Barbecued, watched movies, played games! Grandparents, Adult children, six grandchildren 6-19. Everyone had a bed! We loved this place!

Great stay at a well-appointed property

The family had a great time at this property. It was well-appointed with a lot of options for the kids. The kitchen was well-stocked with multiple coffee items and spices and plenty of pots and pans and appliances. The pool is great and the heated whirlpool hot tub was a nice touch. We did not need a heated pool.

Perfect vacation

As a family of 5 adults we were all very impressed, comfortable and completely entertained with this rental. The house was immaculately clean, the linens, towels, laundry area and kitchenware were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the putting green, pool, hot tub, game room and games. It was easy to access freeways, shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was extremely prompt answering any questions and was a pleasure to work with! We would definitely recommend this rental and would happily stay here again!

Family Birthday Celebration

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect place to gather with friends or family. Well appointed; the kitchen is stocked with the tools you need. Quality linens. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The house has everything you need. Pool is well maintained. The property is set back from the street and offers a lot of privacy. Host was quick to respond to any questions. This home in Oceanside, CA, exceeded all expectations and made for the perfect getaway!The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and fun local attractions. Whether we wanted to explore Oceanside or just relax at the house, everything was within easy reach.The highlight for us was the huge pool and spa—absolutely stunning! It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful California weather. There were plenty of lounge chairs, and the setup made it feel like our own private resort.The home was packed with so many games and activities—from a game room to outdoor entertainment, there was something for everyone. We loved having so many options to keep the whole family entertained.The house itself was immaculate. Every room was sparkling clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. It was also extremely spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The layout was perfect, and everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind.It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail. Great vacation house!

The house was amazing. Super cute and lots to do. There were great entertainment areas, TV's, pool table, plus many other activities and games. The pool hotub were nice. The house had everything we needed. It was also a little more secluded feeling and had a massive driveway. I had some questions during the stay and they were responsive through the VRBO app. I would stay here again.

Nice place

Great property, very cute and clean. Very welcoming with fun things to do in the game room. Hot tub and pool weren’t heated. I reached out to the host, who responded quickly with options to pay extra to heat the pool, and directions for the hot tub. The hot tub directions didn’t work. It stayed ice cold. Overall would stay again, just hoping the hot tub can be fixed.

Perfect Home for Family with Kiddos

Amazing home! 3 kids between ages 6 - 11 were never bored! House was clean, well stocked, perfectly organized. Excellent communication with the host when needed. It was the perfect stay for our first Christmas together as a blended family of 5. Thank you for helping us make special memories!
