We stayed a full week and enjoyed the location and property layout. A nice touch were the short "how to" videos for the hot tub, folding doors, etc

Smooth

Good property, there's four bedrooms and a big living room downstairs plus kitchen, and two bedrooms and a smaller living room upstairs plus kitchen. Way more room than our small party needed. Checkin was smooth, and it was nice not to have the hosts ask us to remove all the bedsheets and do a bunch of housekeeping tasks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with a few friends plus our kids and had a great time. Location is great, you can't beat the views and proximity to the water. Unit was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. The layout is a bit narrow and deep, but we spent most of our time downstairs in the living room or on the pateo. Hot tub is small, but it's close to the outdoor furniture, so everyone can be around eachother. There is no sound system, so make sure to bring your own speakers. Beds and couches were confortable. We utilized the tandem garage parking, which is shared with the unit above. We cooked in the kitchen a bit, might be nice to have a few more large pots/pans for more complex meals. Overall a good time.

Had a great time overall

We had a issue with checking in. The tenants on the floor above us accidentally checked in into the bottom property we rented. Almost had a heart attack because I thought the property management company double booked. Not sure why the upstairs tenant had the code to the bottom property. Also the garage code they gave was also incorrect, so I had to wait until someone came to address that issue. With that said, our group had a great time overall. The property was clean and as advertised. Some of the furniture didn’t match the pictures posted, but it wasn’t a big deal. I do wish we could of checked in earlier than 4pm and check out later than 10am without paying extra. It seemed all tenants were annoyed by that when we were all rushing to vacate the property. I would recommend to others.

Perfect location, great views!!

We did have a couple issues, but Beachfront Properties was always there immediately to take care of it. Great communication and just a perfect location. Definitely recommend it for your next trip.

Amazing beachfront house

Very pleased with our stay, everything was very well organized. Checking in was with no hassle and the entire stay was enjoyable. Very clean and well stocked for necessary items!

Amazig stay!

We had an incredible time. The property is just as described and is located right on the oceanfront. Great location within a couple blocks of the PCH, a beach park and many other things. We had a couple of minor issues come up and the property manager immediately responded and resolved them. One of the best places we've every stayed and we'll definitely be back!

AMAZING LOCATION & AMENITIES

Took my daughter and my family for a pre birthday celebration since my family started arriving they were amazed by the property and its spectacular location & views, the staff was very helpful and great communication since we booked and arrived, by the way all my guest besides bragging about the place had one comment in common "the beds and pillows super comfortable". Thank you!!!

A great place to make family memories.

My family loved staying in this property. It was bigger and better than we expected with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. My bother and his family were able to use the upstairs while my family and parents stayed downstairs. Having two kitchens and multiple tables was great. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The unit is beautifully decorated. The views from both levels were enjoyable. The location was nice because it was more private. We were able to access the beach close to the house ( mid morning time), although it was difficult to get down the steps and over the rocks. We had a couple of people slip on the rocks. The internet is not great in this location. We did have a couple of issues including the tv not working and the garage door wouldn’t go down all the way near the end of our stay. The property managers responded very quickly. Even with those problems, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location... with some issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself is beautiful. It is right up to the wave break without a beach, so you can hear the waves crashing. However, when we arrived, we were met with quite a few issues. First, the Jacuzzi didn't have water in it. Second, there was a massive leak in the master bedroom roof that was coming down the whole time we were there. There was another ceiling leak in one of the other bathrooms and the garbage disposable didn't work. It didn't make it feel the most sanitary, especially during COVID, but the house was beautiful.

The home is equipped with everything you need to cook a large feast or a romantic dinner for two. The beds were very comfortable. Bedding for 4 was provided so bring blankets and pillows if you plan on crashing on the couch.I have nothing but good things to say about this property. I did have a maintenance issue my first night and management sent someone that evening and the problem was resolved. Beach Front Rentals is amazing has excellent customer service. I would defiantly stay here again and I highly recommend.

The fact that it is right on the beach, brand new, and has every amenity you would need, makes it an incredible vacation stay. The house is always amazingly clean, and they offer more than enough towels and bedding. We keep coming back to this house because the management company is so easy to work with and we just can’t rave about it enough! Lots of bedrooms and the 2 stories you get makes it feel like 2 houses. Perfect for adults and kids.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful, however, the Wifi was terrible. One person in our group was working remotely and wasn't able to do so at the house. She had to take most calls/meetings from her car as businesses aren't allowing people to sit inside currently. The TV also runs off Wifi so we had no TV during our stay. It took 4 days for us to receive a solution and never received a call back from someone from management, even after requesting multiple times. I would not recommend this property to anyone during this time as most people are working remotely and wouldn't be able to do so.

Stayed for a sibling gathering plenty of space for all and lots of options to just hang out. Great location walk to coffee or dinner. Wil be back
