« This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. « It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. « Had plenty of room for all 6 guests. 7 would have been a okay too, we had a last minute cancellation. Host accommodated late check out for us since one of our guest fell the day before and broke her foot and we were waiting for a return call from the physician. Parking was not convenient because we had to park on another block. »

« This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again! »
