This place was fabulous in all aspects. Spaciousness, amenities, seating area, dining area, proximity to rhe beach, beautiful sunrises - you name it, this place has it. It even had an elevator which was great for moving luggage and older people between the three floors. I almost forgot to mention the great communication with the owner.

What a perfect location! We were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. It was so convenient having the beach right there. Everything we needed was available. The set up in the house itself was perfect for my family. Each family had their own private bathrooms and area. So much space!! Multiple decks to enjoy the view and outdoors. The sunrises were amazing! Highly recommend!

In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!

As good as it gets

The views from this house are amazing. It is literally steps away from the beach. We had a family gathering with all ages and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony as we were there during the 4th. It is close enough to walk to the pier area for the arcade/rides and restaurants. We loved our time in this home and hope to return again!

Family vacation

UF CALS in Maine

Our stay was perfect. The house allowed for us to sleep 17 people comfortably, eat together, cook in teams for a progressive dinner and spread out all at the same time. Jason was quick to answer questions, and he provided excellent suggestions for places to eat and shop. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you, Jason!!

Boys weekend getaway

Beautiful location even in the offseason, gorgeous house with plenty of room for guests. Very close to Portland for a nice dinner and some drinks. We also went and played some golf at summit in OOB and had a blast. Outdoor grill was perfect and overall we had a great time! Excellent host excellent location and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend highly.

Christmas Eve Family Gathering

This house exceeded my expectations and the owner, Jason was wonderful! I rented this beautiful house for my annual Christmas Eve party. It was more than perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool table was a nice activity for some good family competition. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Home!

Beautiful beach house in a great location right on the beach. The house layout was excellent and bedrooms were spread out nicely. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Walkable to the Pier and downtown Old Orchard Beach. Thank you to Jason who was very responsive when we had a question!

All about the Beach

The location of this palatial house is steps from the stunning Old Orchard Beach, and the views from the front of the house, ocean!! Our concern was with the air conditioning. The second floor bedrooms were without air conditioning, excepting the master bedroom. It was difficult to sleep without it as summers are getting hotter, but we managed to rearrange beds. However it wasn’t as advertised. The location is next to a right of way to the beach. and It turned out to be okay after my initial surprise. The photos appeared to be more isolated. Thankfully the house was very quiet inside. A great feature. My family had a wonderful time and I recommend this property with the best beach ever!

Beware.

Property was Falsely advertised as Handicap accessible with luxury accommodations. Nothing was farther from the truth!!! and everything in this rental is old and broken or just not working. Spent days showing owner issue ( some of them ) and although he did fix bad broken main AC unit and bad Refrig. So much more is bad. Ruined our vacation as my handicapped wife and myself aid the Very High rental fee and looks like a lawsuit starts soon as owner will not agree to refund. Typically called a slum landlord when they take the money and do nothing to maintain the property. Property might have been nice but….. Don’t vacation there!! Handicap people stay away!!!!

What a gorgeous setting.

This vacation was a long-planned generational week being all together. One-third of our offspring live in TX, another in FL, and only one-third near us in Massachusetts. Staying in a huge house absolutely smack-dab on the beach is quite a luxury. The stretch of the beach itself is far enough away from the boardwalk that it's quiet and amazingly not crowded, given the holiday week. The beach was so clean and refreshing. Our only problem was that the refrigerator/freezer (a top-of-the-line appliance) decided to take its own vacation. It couldn't be solved during the time we were there. Otherwise, I'd recommend this place for a host of other reasons as mentioned above.

Jason's place was exactly as advertised, steps from the beach and a great place to gather with friends. Plenty of spaces to hang out as a group or break off and lounge in a smaller setting. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful location for our ladies weekend. The house was large, right on the ocean (beautiful sunrises), nicely furnished. A few things went awry, but management communicated well.

Major mix-up

My rating as a guest has happened. I can only hope it was a fair review under the circumstances. I booked this home for my husband’s surprise 50th bday party. Ppl arriving from up to 3 hrs away. We arrived @ our destination @ 4:45pm to find the door ajar and another party had already vacated the property. Safe to say I was in shock & absolutely freaked out knowing I had people arriving to a weekend away th@ I PROMISED TO PROVIDE for them! I was surprising my husband w/ a house on the water, no obstruction in view/pool table/wet bar/separate bedrooms w/ 7 bathrooms-almost 1 per couple Every1 needs and luvs a bathroom especially around strangers you’re just meeting. VRBO & airbb both had this listing & it was double booked. 1 party arrived first. It wasn’t us. I called Jason in absolute panic knowing there was another property needing it. His tone was calm and never changing throughout. He knew this was a terrible mixup. He gave me address of other property th@ slept the same amount of people but entirley different setup. It was just his luck (& ours) that it was vacant. In the end it worked out. House = beautiful & clean but it wasn’t what i paid 4. Jason was apologetic. He offered a deal I didn’t feel was truly fair in the moments before guests were arriving. He felt It generous enough to refund $500 & allow L8 checkout … I hope he makes amends with the other $300. Review based on other home of course $3.6k spent for original home -$500 = unfair.

Great views and wonderful for large group

We stayed at the property with a group of girl friends and had a wonderful time. The property has amazing views, very easy access to the beach, ample parking and all the amenities. The property is also close to other amenities. The host was very responsive. Would definitely visit again.
