• Parking: There is room for 3 car parking on the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
• Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM per Placer County regulations;
• Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
• Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
• Exterior security cameras on property.

• Keep all doors and windows closed and locked, especially at night
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles
• Properly dispose of garbage in designated bear-proof bins
• Avoid approaching, feeding, or disturbing any wildlife
