« I have never thought of this Hotel before yet we go to Hot Springs every other month. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and watched the sunset from the balcony that evening. Super clean room, quiet and plenty of parking for the guests. Again I can’t talk about how clean the bathroom and the main room was. My wife and I will definitely be staying at this place again. »

« We had a great stay at Willow Beach Resort on Lake Hamilton! It was quiet, peaceful and the people were friendly! Absolutely an amazing view of the Lake right out the sliding glass door of the room. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and smelled fresh. A few minor issues were addressed but nothing that would hinder us from returning for another stay. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome! Including the geese and the turtles! »

The room was generally clean, including the carpet, but some of the furniture looks a bit old and could use updating. Overall, the hotel itself feels like it needs some renovation or modernization. Despite that, it was a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness. »

« We had a washer and dryer in the villa we stayed in which was behind the hotel in some condominiums as far as the hotel itself im not sure. There was pots and pan in the villa as well and a cooktop stove. »
