The furniture was very worn. The kitchen was missing some utensils, etc. The master bedroom shower had a difficulty of turning shower all the way off and it dripped all night. We also reached out to find out what the procedure was to check out (wash dishes, take out garbage, etc). We never did get a response. The positives were- beautiful view and nice space in condo.

We found several issues where the unit was not cleaned properly. (Blankets not washed, dirty dishes in cabinets, jets in tub dirty, etc). The pool walls were dirty & our hot tub shut down for 24 hours for routine cleaning . A hair dryer was also not in the room. The unit and view was amazing !

The location is amazing. The view - wow! We were there two nights for Valentines/ Mardi Gras. On night two the aquatics person did shut down our hot tub- they were changing the water the following day was the reason. So that was a bit frustrating.

The resort was beautiful, the condo needs a lot of TLC. The condo looked like it had been decorated from the thrift store, you can just tell it's an investment property and needs to be paid attention to at the price point that is Turquoise place. The lazy river wasn't heated this time but it has been in the past.

Overall it was a great experience and our kids had an amazing time. There were multiple things in the unit that were broken or did not work properly (hot tub, grill, shower in master, bathtub in master, trash can in kitchen, ice machine at bar). The floors were also so dirty that they turned our feet black daily. Maintenance came a few times and did not give us a heads up upon their arrival, one time waking the kids from their naps. It would have just been nice to know they were coming. The view however, was amazing and the weather was perfect!

The building is really nice. The staff on site were great. The condo itself is really nice but the furniture doesn't match the quality of the building or unit. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Gorgeous place. A few hiccups

Master bath jets do not work. Building lost power and water for hours on first full day. Not owners fault, it was whole building. No a/c first night. They worked hard to correct it, Mr Bill (maintenance) was great, and rest of the stay was nice. I really think there should be some form of compensation over that first night. I heard it was an electrical issue and a rare thing.

Excellent condo and location on the beach

Beautiful, spacious condo. Extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. Amazing ocean front balcony with hot tub, maintained and checked daily. Pool bar had excellent drinks and the chair/umbrella service on the beach was outstanding. Strongly recommend.

Beautiful views but some things need attention

We had a bumpy check in that was remedied, but did happen. Views were stunning. Hot tub on deck and grill are great. The rug in the living room is filthy and needs to be replaced. NOT the rug in the picture. ALL of the towels are stained and no longer white. Need to be replaced badly. The pillows in the master smell like dirty hair and have stains and need replaced. There wasnt a very good job done cleaning before we arrived; crumbs under the dining table, and we didnt eat there. The property is great. The condo needs some attention.

Snow Bird Getaway

Our overall stay was nice! The condo was beautiful and our view of the beach was amazing. It was very spacious and fit our family group very well. There was a few frustrating things that arose during our stay that did make it less desirable. The biggest drawing feature was a private hot tub on the balcony, however although the hot tub was set on 104 degrees, it was not fully heating up to that temperature and was not pleasant to get in. Since the condo hot tub was not working we had to use the main one in the indoor pool area. One other thing that drew us to this condo was the large master jacuzzi tub and the other jacuzzi tub in the other bathroom. However, on our first night when the master tub was to be used the jets, shower head and lights for the tub did not work at all. The jets in the other tub worked very briefly and then cut off. Not only did they cut off they filled the tub will build up and old mildewed water build up. I immediately messaged the host of these issues to bring to their attention and they did respond within a timely manor. Someone with maintenance was sent out to check on the issues. It was said that the spare tub was fixed but that master tub needed a part ordered and it would be 6 weeks. On the second night the spare tubs jets did come on, they cut back off and then once they turned back on they would not turn off. We had to flip the breaker to kill the jets on the tub. We were disappointed about the tubs but did not let it ruin our stay!!
