The condo is AMAZING! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS EXCELLENT.
The listing and information about where to park and trolley taking you places is not accurate. No trolley. No parking.
The directions for where to park are either wrong, or there is no parking for the unit. We never found it.
We followed instructions to top of deck, key code works, but there's no spot for this room. That made unloading and loading the car VERY COMPLICATED since the cart only goes to top deck. We have an infant so it was particularly troublesome for us. Maybe if you had no kids it wouldn't bother you as much. In addition, we wasted a lot of time looking for our parking spot.
The trolley service that pics up and takes you to the water does not run during the week. So we had to drive every time. That's annoying with an infant also.
Also, there is supposed to be No food and drink in the water park area... Because they want you to purchase at their restaurant... Well that's closed during the week too. It would have been nice to know this up front so we could bring food and drink in.
It's a huge hassle to go to and from the water park and condo.
Also almost all the shops don't open until 10am. With a child, we are up very early and waiting til 10 is a long time.
I'd say this isn't really a family place, more for adults. However there is a kids area at the water park and it's great once you get there.
We went during mobile county spring break.
