We arrived to property just before scheduled check in at 4 PM. We were not given access code to enter the property until 5:25 PM. We spoke with the service desk multiple times to get an update. They initially told us that they couldn’t give us an estimated time for unit to be ready. The personnel at the service desk allowed us entry to at least place our belongings in the unit. The housekeeping manager came back to finish cleaning / inspecting after we unloaded. When we inspected our sheets in the master suite we noticed that there was blood or something similar in color stain on the sheets and the comforter. We notified the service desk and someone was able to change the sheets while we were out of the unit. There were multiple door handles in the unit that were not functioning and the secondary bedroom(the one with the two double beds) door wouldn’t shut. The master one would stick. It was very difficult to open once you close the door. The view was great from the balcony and we enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the easy access to the beach.
