Would have been 5 stars but we had a hard time with the key pad malfunction. They had to send a maintenance person to fix it and we didn’t get into our condo until 1.5 hours after our arrival. After driving 8 hours we just wanted to relax…

The stay was really enjoyable. The location was the best (pool, beach and splash pad)!! The view was amazing. I only had a problem with the access code. It was handled quickly. Thank you my stay was great!!

Overall a great stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only problems included a sink that did not drain well and a balcony chair that was broken. (Im glad it was noticed before my grandfather sat in it). I also left my wallet inside the condo and now it is gone. I know that’s where I left it so I am disappointed it hasn’t turned up.

Great location and size but needed cleaning

Loved the location. The building was super easy to get around. The size of the condo was great especially the living area. My son uses a wheelchair and while not wheelchair accessible we had very few issues moving him around and taking care of his needs. The carpet in two of the bedrooms was stained and had an odor. Overall the condo needed updating, the walls were damaged and the dishwasher didn’t work, the couch was stained as well as the outdoor patio furniture. The door stop on the entry door didn’t work. All but one of the bifold closet doors didn’t work. One of the toilets kept getting clogged. Internet was spotty. It wouldn’t take much to bring this condo up to a 5 star.

Overall stay was good!

Our family had a good time and enjoyed the beach and location very much. Phoenix West ll was nice. The pool areas and beach access were very good and easy to access. We did have a few things within the condo that need to be addressed. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtains in the back bedroom look like they were falling down. There were only sheets for the couch pull out bed, no blankets in any closets which made the bed usable. In the kitchen the overhead light flickered (we had been told maintenance would be coming by to fix) and we had no drain stop. We had reported via text and was asked if we wanted one during our stay and had said yes, but no one every brought it. Several of the doors need to be fixed, the one in the back bedroom closet and the one with the washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was good and for the price the unit was nice. Just needs a little bit of tender loving care.

Family vacation

We picked this condo due to layout & space for 5 adults and 3yr old. Space was wonderful. Unit is outdated and needs some tender loving care. Liquid life was great to deal with. Responded through text in a timely manner. 1. Check-in. guy was more concerned about his phone instead of helping individuals in front of him. Not very friendly. 2. Living room. Couch on the sleeper side of the couch very uncomfortable. 3. Balcony. Loved the room however furniture is severely stained 4. Bath in master bathroom very slow draining and bath faucet very loose. 5. Kitchen. Microwave warm inside when we arrive. Not sure what that was about. Refrigerator did not cool too well and ice maker took forever. 6. Washer/dryer. Washer very loud. Dryer took at least 3 (if not more) cycles to Dry clothes. 7. Two double beds need to be replaced Very noisy and somewhat uncomfortable. 8. Doors in front of washer /dryer kept coming off track. Bedroom with double beds did the same. 9. Wi-Fi did not work for 3 days. Family had business to take care of while there and was unable to do so until Wednesday. Finally fixed. 10. Was not aware we could not leave wagon w/beach chairs etc outside of condo. Received note telling us to remove which then made it a little tight fit inside having to walk around everything. We probably will return but not to this unit unless updated.

Phoenix East II

Liquid Life Rental was very helpful. Only had two issues. One was my fault. I arrived at the property, I thought 2103 meant 21st floor but there was only 15 floors! I called Liquid Life and she very nicely told me the “2” in 2103 was for Phoenix East 2! The second issue was a toilet that needed an easy repair. I informed Liquid Life and they very promptly sent a repair person to fix it. Communication was via text and phone. Both ways were answered very quickly! Property owner needs to do a few minor repairs but nothing that needed immediate or priority fixing. Laundry folding doors need a new track and paint needs to be touched up. Overall, a very nice experience and the beach was perfect! On-site workers and management of Phoenix property were very nice and helpful!

Family Fun

Overall it was a good time away from home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes. It was a little dated but it matter. The beds need updating . But overall the property is nice and very enjoyable.
