The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

• Rental Agreement: In accordance with applicable city regulations and Kaiser Vacation Rentals' policies, all rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement with Kaiser Vacation Rentals.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent. The booking guest must submit a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking.
• Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property. Please note that the City of Orange Beach prohibits pets on public beaches and within designated public beach access areas, in accordance with city ordinance
• Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the premises.
• Beach Access: Deeded Beach Access on the east side of Cottages at Romar is just a 2-3 minute walk away.
• Parking: Parking is limited to 3–4 vehicles
• Professional Management: 3 Little Birds is professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, a locally owned and operated company specializing in beach house rentals throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and Fort Morgan, Alabama.
• Deposit and Fees: The required deposit consists of 20% of the total reservation amount, plus any applicable third-party booking fees charged by VRBO. The credit card processing fee and reservation processing fee are separate from the deposit and are nonrefundable.
• Strict adherence to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests is required at all times.
