    Come see why this 20th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor with amazing views of the Coast!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queens beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember. We also have the 4BR condo directly next door should you have a large group and need two condos.



    Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

It is a great property! I would definitely go back! Even in the prime of summer the number of units they have on each floor makes it beyond tolerable to be able to be at the beach that time of year! Communication with the rental company was beyond easy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went smoothly from making the reservations, to check in and check out. One minor issue (ceiling fan was on reverse) and within a very short time, maintenance resolved that issue. Loved the condo, the auto shades were awesome. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The complex was nice, quiet. and not over crowded when we were there.

Perfect Orange Beach Condo

This condo is by far the cleanest condo I have ever been in, let alone stayed in! Whoever does your cleaning services is absolutely amazing- the place looked like we were the first people to ever stay there. Absolutely beautiful property with a breath taking ocean view. Lazy river and slide were so fun- even for adults!

Perfect place!! My three year old grandson loved the water slide. Its a a great place for families. Condo was perfect! Very clean!! My only complaint is we didn’t know what tower we were in and there’s nothing directing you to lobby

The condo was amazing with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room/dining room was very spacious, and the balcony was roomy with great furniture. The lazy river was a great place to float and relax. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool area does not have any umbrellas and you cannot take your own. There is VERY limited shade. This would not keep us from staying there again, but it is something to consider.

We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the balcony. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and get groceries nearby. We stopped at Rouses less than a mile away from the property and picked up groceries before getting to the property. The property was well maintained. Security guards were present. Carts were available to help with unloading and loading the car. Communication with owner was timely and informative. We received the code for the door well in advance. We were able to rent beach chairs with umbrellas prior to our stay. I would highly recommend the property.
