We loved our stay!! The condo was great & accommodated every need we had. We saw sharks, dolphins, sting rays & sea turtles from our balcony!! The property manager was amazing! Very kind & easy to communicate with! We would for sure come back

Family Vacay!

This condo was big enough for all 9 of us! We have 3 teenagers and 6 adults everyone slept comfortably. The only real complaint I have is that the floors were not clean and it wasn't sand! Our feet would be so dirty! The bed in the smaller room was also broken when we arrived. Fix these things and it will be a great stay for anyone!

Perfect location on the beach and close to restaurants. It’s on the 27th floor so the view was absolutely amazing. The condo had plenty of room and with 12 women getting ready the 4 bathrooms was a big plus. We will definitely book here again ❤️

The only thing missing was a working can opener and a colander. Otherwise, great! Everything was very clean except the stained white couch. It probably needs replaced with something other than cloth as I’m sure people aren’t as careful with it as they should be. Overall, great place! We will be back next year!

Orange Beach 2022

This property is in desperate need of an update. The carpet is filthy and the living room furniture is soiled and tattered. The elevator situation is awful, sometimes taking over 45 minutes to get down to the first floor. The pool and lazy river are dirty and full of scraps of food. Microwave was broken upon arrival, but replaced the next day.

The condo and facilities were absolutely beautiful! Property management was super helpful! Be aware that the elevators can get crazy on Saturday with everyone trying to check in at the same time. But they were back to normal on Sunday morning. Will definitely stay here again!!

Highs and Lows

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highs: The unit floor plan was great and well decorated. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Lows: The couch needs to be professionally cleaned and the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. Mold was around the vent in the master bathroom. In the hall bathroom, the toilet paper holder was missing the center part that holds the paper. Several kitchen utensils were dirty, in the drawer. One of the cookie sheets had baked on debris. I scrubbed it with an SOS pad (that I brought) before I could use it. The owners of the unit have a beautiful place. However, they may need to check on their cleaning service. Also, another problem, at no fault of the owners, was the elevator nightmare. We had to wait 10-20 minutes or longer to acquire one. I'll blame it on PEAK SEASON with everyone going up and down with their beach wagons and carts.
