I really don’t know where to start, upon arrival I immediately called island rentals to say how dirty and nasty this units was. I ask to be moved to a different unit was told there was not anything available. So let’s begin the sofas are just dirty every piece of glass in unit you could not see thru plus drink spills under glass that had not been cleaned. Now onto the kitchen there was only two small plates very few big plates not enough silverware and glasses. Frypans were nasty but with some cleaning we were able to use. Really not the essential needed to cook with no can opener no measuring cups only one knife to use to prepare food. I was experiencing headaches by chance we checked the furnace room it was caked with dust. Lamps in bedroom were the same. I don’t live in dirt at home do not expect to pay to do so.This unit needs cleaning from top to bottom.I have rented from you guys many times and this is the wirst ever. Contacted you and was told there wasn’t anything that could be done. Very disappointed when you look forward to a vacation you don’t expect to have to clean the place before you even start to enjoy your time.
