There were 3 things I loved about this stay. The views were spectacular, the ice maker, and the large refrigerator. Now, the things that were extremely disappointing and were not addressed in other reviews that I looked at before choosing this unit, thinking surely these would have been addressed, because in my mind, this is how you improve your unit with reviews. 1. No place to put soap, shampoo, etc in showers. No toilet paper dispensers. The only soap available was 1 small soap the size of a quarter. I was told a long time ago that AirB&B should basically be treated as a hotel with things like hair dryer, sh

The condo and rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing. Unfortunately there weren't enough towels or any toiletry items...no soap, body wash, or shampoo. The drawers in the bedroom chest were broke. The kitchen could use some more flatware. We really enjoyed the hot tub on our balcony.

Overrall this rental was good. It was lacking in simple amenities. No toilet paper holders. No shower caddies. Limited in kitchen supplies. Very basic. We did enjoy our stay. I imagine its a full time rental. Generally rentals that the owners actually use have everything you need.

Respite and recovery

We had a very challenging week ahead of the trip, and I missed a few emails. The host was absolutely beyond accommodating in helping me get to where I needed to be for check in. The kindness and understanding was most appreciated. And the condo was beyond all expectations, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking. You can’t go wrong with this listing!

The property was beautiful, spacious, and located in an amazing spot right by the beach. The host was excellent—very kind and responsive with great communication throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t quite meet our expectations, and the hot water in the master bedroom wasn’t working, which was disappointing. With a bit more attention to detail, this would be a truly perfect stay.

Spectacular Views

We brought our kids to Orange Beach for Spring break. The condo was absolutely lovely with panoramic views. We utilized most of the amenities Turquoise had to offer including the grill on balcony and hot tub on balcony of our unit. We definitely plan on making a trip back down and stay at the same place.

Terrific stay

We had a wonderful Christmas break for 7 Days using this unit. There were a few things that needed to be addressed and the property manager took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend and will possibly use again if we're back this way in the future

Great location and amenities!

The condo was very spacious and we loved all the amenities of the Turquoise Place. Some of the dinning room chairs were falling apart and the cavernous master bathroom could use some attention with recaulking on tub and shower. The igniter on the gas grill outside was broken and only 1 burner worked . We absolutely loved having our own hot tub on the patio but there was sand in it. The views were amazing and we loved having so much outdoor spaces and seating!!

60th Birthday

2 of our 5 children and 7 grandchildren joined us for my 60th Birthday. The 7 kids ranged from 1-13. There was more than enough room for the 13 of us. The property has something for everyone. The view from the balcony was our favorite. I would highly suggest towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels on as well as toilet paper holders. Our only other complaint is that the key cards are inconvenient when dealing with getting on and off the beach area. The wrist bands that spectrum issues is a much better option. You will not be disappointed here!!

Terrible!!! be aware of this unit.

The property is a great place to stay but please find another unit. I have stayed at the property 5 times and it has always been a great experience but this unit is horrible. it was not clean and all the furniture looked like reclaimed furniture. the bath tiles were old and cheap. the sheets was stained and looked dirty. Please find another unit. We were highly disappointed!!!!

great condo

Condo was great. had an issue with the A/C but called and someone came immediatly to check it. A/C was frozen so we had to have it on fan only for 1 day. Then the next day the A/C man came and put more freeon in it and changed out the filters. They were really dirty. But we appreciated y'all getting it fixed it very quickly. Someone came and checked the hot tub every day which was nice. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. My children and my grandchildren and my husband and I loved this condo.

Great stay

We loved the condo and the views were spectacular! The condo was incredibly spacious. Plenty of seating for all 8 of us. Everything was clean, plenty of pillows and blankets. The porch was great with a cool breeze even in the heat of the day. I enjoyed sitting out there while babysitting nap time! Only problem was that the TV said no signal the day before we left, asked front desk to send someone and they never came. Had to google the front desk number. Suggestion: towel rods in the bathrooms! Would definitely stay here again. Turquoise Place was extraordinary!!!

Poor communication

Communication from owner was poor. Upon arriving found that there was construction going on at the building we were staying in. Pool was closed, which was not mentioned in the post. Called and spoke with answering service which offered me a late check out, when I let them know the next day I wanted to do the late checkout they stated they may have someone checking in the day we leave, they would let me know and never got back to me. Construction noise, which is very loud started at 6:30am every morning, lazy river was down our stay due to electrical issues. Condo was nice as stated in post.

Outstanding condo!

From the helpful staff to the beautiful view anywhere you are in the building/room I couldn’t get enough of it. The condo was huge and thoroughly cleaned. The location was great. The views from everyone room gives you goosebumps. The parking is easy and well put together. All the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of kitchen supplies to feel at home. I have no complaints. Amazing stay and experience!
