The place was cozy and clean. It was perfect for a small family vacation. It is so close by the beach. Full kitchen with washer and dryer which was nice and convenient. I would stay here again.

Good stay

Only dislike is there were no extra blankets and absolutely zero bedding for the fold out couch that my kids wanted to camp out on, and when we folded it out it was covered in sand. Plenty of pillows just no sheets or blankets for fold out couch. Good location just a few steps to the beach. People above us were super loud but that’s not the property owners fault. Said property was prohibited from smoking but sitting on the patio it reeked of marijuana.

Pros: Great location, decent beds, patio and ice maker. Cons: No working internet for entire stay, no working ceiling fan in master, several outlets don’t work, must bring own dish soap, blankets, paper products, detergent, dishwasher detergent - lots of items that are usually provided. Couch bed mattress was soiled from previous guest and left wet/ dirty and unusable so we had to make other sleeping arrangements since we had a kid supposed to sleep there, We covered the couch to even sit on it. Rest of place seemed clean. Definitely a miss by the crew. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Roomy. Beds were comfy. Short walk to beach. Condo should have been cleaner inside. Vents dirty. Woodworking dusty. Missing towel holder in middle bathroom. Bowl under sink in master bedroom filled with dirty water. All easy fixes.

Great location and we loved the place! There were a few downsides however; beds had very thin sheets as blankets, silverware was dirty/rusted, back door handle was loose ( a security pole was used to keep it fully shut), not enough trash bags for our stay (2), some outlets did not work, and wish there were some cleaning products so we could wipe down kitchen after using. Other than those we loved the patio, how close it was to beach and other places, and would book again!

Tournament Stay

Stayed Friday-Sunday in November for a tournament. Property is in a good location but hard to find the first time. Tucked away with only one entrance and no signage. Cabinets felt sticky to the touch, floors looked and felt grimy, furniture and other parts were visibly worn if not broken, TV didnt work properly (3 remotes and none worked-- all had batteries), and internet information was incorrect. There was a visible crack/scratch on the TV screen, holes in the sofa, and parts of the master bed were visibly glued together. The towel racks in both bathrooms were still coming off the walls because of the drywall being broken. Bed is worn out-- big dip in the middle. The images in the posting do not reflect the current condition. Many of the issues were mentioned in reviews from over a year ago.

Orange Beach Stay

We had difficulty finding it as there are no street signs; only the lights are numbered. There was also construction on the 2 main roads (in and out). There was quite a bit of wear and tear----furniture had holes, a couple of towels were stained, the sprayer on the kitchen sink leaked water and faucet in bath was corroded away. Have to take public beach access to get to the beach and it was not clearly marked from the condo. Glad there were ceiling fans.

Great location

The location couldn’t have been any better. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Public beach access wasn’t close to use so we basically had the beach to ourselves and that was wonderful! This location needs deep cleaned and some TLC. I’d stay here again but their cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Dirty sheets, dirty handprints on the doors, the doors themselves were filthy. Just need a good wipe down. Overall I would stay here again.

The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time we were there. The location was great. It could have been cleaner. The blankets on the beds were thin and there were no extras in case you were cold during the night.

Great condo for the price

Location was great. Condo needs some TLC. Check in was a disaster. The code didn’t work and we spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get one that worked. Condo was clean but had some things that didn’t work properly. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Nice rental & location, just needs a little updating

Door code didn’t work but afterhours assistance was most helpful. Also the electronic door lock would unlock itself. Missing chain to adjust speed to ceiling fan in master & missing TV remote. Missing hairdryer. Bring coffee filters and basic kitchen condimentd. Def not the usual stocked kitchen most VRBO rentals offer. Parking never seemed to be a problem and the partial view was totally manageable.

Would like to have phone charging outlets and a keirig machine. Also close to beach but finding the access to the beach was all gated off had to go thru the next door hotel pool to get to beach needs its own access.

Cleanliness and amenities

Location was great. However the elevator didn't work. The listing said there was an inside pool and we never found that. The cleaning crew hits the high points but doesn't clean anything else. Furniture was dusty. The bathroom cabinets had dried toothpaste on the doors. The kitchen counters were not wiped off very well. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close.
