« Nicely appointed house that was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described but be aware that the 4th bedroom has a small twin bed in the "game room" upsatirs over the garage. The closest bathroom is downstairs on the other side of the house. »

« The perfect weekend retreat! We enjoyed the spacious screened porch and dock with views of the river. The home is beautiful & spotless with modern touches, a stocked coffee bar and comfortable spaces for everyone to gather. The host was quick to communicate and shared helpful tips about the property. « Great, cozy, comfortable, close to everything. We loved staying here. The space is charming and we had everything we needed. We appreciated having plenty of towels in kitchen and baths, a comfortable bed, the lovely blooming Confederate jasmine, and an easy walk to everything in the historic district. We didn't bring pets but even though the space allows pets, it was super clean. No trace of past furry friends. Check in and out was easy and April was very responsive to questions. « We were in New Bern for my son’s wedding. Being within walking distance from town was perfect. Linens were lovely. Very clean! »

« Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...

« The space was ideal for our family of four and my sister-in-law. I enjoyed a jog around the property, appreciating the marina and ponds. For 12, our family purchased a day pass at the clubhouse with access to the outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout facilities. We love New Bern and this property's quick access to "town" was a perfect fit for our visit. »
