Skip this home one for now, has potential but needs work. The home is in need of some TLC. Home was not fully cleaned when we arrived (owner called the cleaning company and they came the next day; I cleaned the house because I have an infant and couldn't risk her touching someone elses body fluids). Pool was not working at all and I paid for heat (was refunded). The owner called a pool company to come and fix, but they couldn't get it to heat. Complete waste of money to rent a house for the pool and not be able to get in the pool. My children were devastated and crying, the community pool had no working splash pad area (under construction). Hugely disappointing!! Home offers video game system, there is no way to play the video game system, there are NO power cords provided, NO cords to plug into TV (not to mention all instructions in the home says do not change any settings), NO controllers. Karaoke machine didn't work. AC could not be turned down, it was really cold at night. Baseboard and floors were dirty. Bring your own POOL TOWELS, home provides carwash towels they use to dry cars, very rough. Very difficult for us traveling by plane, how much you need to bring to make this an experience. The pool area had a dirty bandage, food, paper towels and trash around the patio, which means it was not cleaned. Overall, we had to spend so much time out of the house, because the house was in serious need to some love. The Owner is very easy to get a hold of, he responds quickly
