„Good communication before and during our stay. Nice area and amenities. Everything was clean. Some areas of suite are starting to show signs of wear and tear. “

„Not luxury by any means. Pictures are deceiving. When we arrived no towels, toilet paper, kleenex tissue. Batteries dead on remote. Both Coffee maker and keurig were broken. Was told we would have supplies delivered in the morning. No response from host. Ended up buying our own supplies. Completely ignored after that. Never again.“

„It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. “

„Unit was really clean and well kept. The jacuzzi tub was really nice after a full day of skiing! The 2 bedroom is a bit misleading. The second bed is an air mattress (a really nice one). But doesnt not have any linens for it. None that we could find anyway. And that sets up in the living room. Not taking awsy from the experience at all. But juat good to know. Wouod recommend and will stay again! “

„The stay was very pleasant. The kitchen was very equipped, the covered BBQ and hot tub was very nice as well. The only thing I'd suggest is to add another shower to the washroom in the basement, as it has only the toilet. The overall experience was great and we'll definitely come back next winter for another skii and snowboarding weekend!“
