„I stayed here during UTMB. While the location is excellent (very close to Chamonix) and the room itself was clean and quiet, my overall experience was ruined by theft. One of the cleaning staff stole my AirPods from the room. I was only able to recover them because I tracked them down myself. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel. A clean room and good location mean little if guests cannot feel that their belongings are safe. „Dieses freundliche Hotel diente uns als Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise von Italien, aber es entpuppte sich als sehr komfortable Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Frühstück, nur wenige Minuten vom Ortskern Aosta entfernt. Die Zimmer sind nicht nummeriert, sondern tragen als Unterscheidungsmerkmal die Namen von Bergpflanzen. Daher kommen wir gerne wieder, um die herrliche Berglandschaft unter dem St. Bernardo näher zu erkunden. Vielen Dank!“
