« Walking distance to UT, Ruth’s Chris, Calhoun’s, Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame. Boat was very clean, quiet location and nice views of the river. Wasn’t prepared to not being able to flush tp, had to throw away in trash can. Also not prepared for no warm water. Should be noted in the online description for guests to prepare for. Overall, we made it work and had an enjoyable experience. »

« Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
