« When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. »

« The pullout bed was broke, and the pool was closed. There was nothing on the website about the pool being closed. We had to take the kids to a different place to swim and we had to pay for that »

« Our room had new mattresses and carpet. The bathroom was missing an over the mirror vanity light. A lot of space to move around. »

« The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! »
