« Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). « This property was perfect. It has met all of our needs. The space was very clean and was equipped with all that we needed. Having a designated parking spot was definitely appreciated. The building was very clean and quiet and we felt safe always. This is the first time I’ve ever used a vrbo. I’m glad I did. »

« Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. »

« Father/son trip to see an Avalanche game. Perfect location. Close to the arena and downtown. Condo was very clean. I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again. »

« Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable. »
