„This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. „This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.“
