« I was only here for a night passing through the area. The bed was nice and comfy. The room was very clean and cozy. Glenda was nice and sweet and greeted me on my arrival. I was able to rest and relax before I was back on the road in the morning. »

« I really loved this place, the entire 1st floor is garage. I had a boat on a trailer and it worked perfectly. The 2nd floor was exactly as posted, plus there were plenty of items in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter so we were not in need of anything. »

« Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! »

« Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area.
