The home is beautiful. The pool is stunning. Plenty of parking. Location is very convenient.We unfortunately couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The hot tub was FREEZING even while turned on by the owner. Partially due to area temperatures, but I’ve always been able to use a hot tub no matter the temperature when working properly. Owner responds quickly.

Relaxing Getaway by the Water

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The views were absolutely stunning. The house was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable and had plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck and loved the pool and hot tub. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

Family time

I have stayed at VRBO’s in the past & would rate this one as a 4.7. The place was very nice, clean, etc, but I feel other venues have anticipated more needs of their clients. We had spices, salt/pepper, hot pads, bikes, etc at previous places & we were missing these things (especially spices & hot pads). Fred was at the house very quickly when notified the lights didn’t work in the laundry room. The hot water in the kitchen never did get hot (maybe Luke warm at best), but the rest of the house had hot water, not sure why. The game room, pool & hot tub were a hit! I’d definitely recommend (& would personally) stay there again!

Very Responsive

Beautiful house. Fred was great to work with. We had to reach out to him on a concern we had and he came to the house the next morning to talk to us about it. While he was there he resolved our concern and even adjusted the hot tub timer for us. He allowed us to check in early without any issues. If we ever travel to Palm Coast again we wouldn't mind booking again. Thanks again Fred for the house and the service.

The pool and house were good. Communication with host good. There are small roaches at night which was not good. Would have liked to have pool toys. The house is in a good location, pool was good and fishing in canal good too.

Wonderful 10 days !

Wonderful Vacation Home !! Everything was just as pictured. Homeowner was super easy to work with. It rained most of our stay, but that was ok there was still plenty to do. Vacation Home was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool was super nice and we enjoyed the hottub. Everything worked properly. Had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to go back !

Spectacular

This house is absolutely beautiful and has all of the amenities that you could ever need! We had 6 adults and one small dog and stayed a Thursday to a Sunday. Except for one day out to golf and shop, we decided not leave the house for the rest of our stay, it was that nice, relaxing an accommodating. We ended up deciding to cook in every night and didn’t need any extra kitchenware/utensils etc. The house was fully stocked. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I did contact the owner about the hot tub controls and was responded to within a minute (it’s on auto timer, which was perfect). We are considering using this house again in the future, thank you so much for everything.

Several Issues

The reason for three stars is for the following: 1. The spare bathroom shower had blonde hair that clogged the drain. We had to use a plunger to unclog the drain several times. 2. 6 of the 7 electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work and had no power. I checked the circuit breaker and reset the GFCI to no avail. 3. Gas grill had an empty propane tank. I had to spend $50 on a new tank. I found out after the fact that the owner had spare tanks but we were not taps this before hand. The owner was easy to contact. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. But the three issues we had should have never happened.

Great Experience!

Great experience from start to finish. The property was exactly as pictured. It was definitely one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The host was extra responsive and helpful. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Beautiful home, wonderful location

After staying two weeks, we can honestly say this was nicest place we have stayed during our vacations to Florida. It was clean, well equipped, and had plenty of room for our family ( 6 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant, and 1 dog!). It is close to the beach, stores, attractions, and airports and in a very quiet residential neighborhood which is what we were looking for. In addition, the owner was very nice to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

ROACHES! BEWARE!

I booked this property for our daughter's wedding stay. The property is beautiful. However, the first night we saw seven live roaches in the kitchen by the dishwasher and sink. The host arrived immediately with an exterminator but said they didn't see any roaches. The host originally offered compensation for our troubles, but now claims there were no roaches before, during, or after our stay, and that we are lying to get money back. I have a picture, and I know the truth. If you are brave enough to take your chances and stay here, consider yourself warned!!!

40th Birthday Surprise

Surprised our brother in law for his birthday with a weekend of golf and boating/fishing. Perfect house for the 5 of us dudes to execute on that. 8 minute boat ride from the house to the main canal and minutes away from some nice fishing spots. 5-10 minutes away from 3-4 different golf courses. Great spot.
