The front patio of the unit is equipped with a cocktail table and deep lounge seating - perfect for enjoying the panoramic mountains and your morning coffee.

Located on the second floor in a well-maintained complex with resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, spa and lush landscaped grounds, this condo is ideal for a quick getaway or a long term retreat. Walkable to everything in downtown Palm Springs including world-class dining, shopping and entertainment at your doorstep.

No outdoor music allowed at anytime (Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals).

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the City:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and provide a copy of their government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guests are at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

2. Primary renter is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and ALL guests are required to sign The City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations form. We will request emails for all adults staying in the home and send everyone an e-signature document to sign prior to check-in.

3. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (4 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight.

4. We have reserved covered parking for one (1) vehicle. Additional vehicles must park on the street.

5. NO music is permitted outside at any time at any short term rental in the City of Palm Springs. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

NO Pets Allowed.

NO glass is allowed in the pool area. Plastic glassware is provided.

NO SMOKING is permitted.

Be kind to our mid-century plumbing. Only flush toilet paper. Place wipes (including ‘flushable wipes’) in the trash bins provided. Place food scraps in the trash bin rather than down the garbage disposal.
