City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance 2075:
The person whose name is on the reservation must provide a valid ID (front and back) through the Airbnb app immediately after the reservation.
In addition you must provide the name of all the guests, age and addresses.
The person who has made the reservation is legally responsible about compliance of all occupants and their guests with all provisions of this Chapter and the Municipal Code. We have to meet you in person or through FaceTime. (per city). The responsible party must be 25 years or older to book our property.
Finally there is a rental contract that will be sent you to be signed by the person who made the reservation.
The maximum of number of cars permitted for this property are 4. (Per City) The city allows two GUEST cars to be parked during day time from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
All the guests must adhere to the Good Neighbor Brochure from City of Palm springs provided to you.
There is 12.5% city tax that goes to the city of Palm springs (TOT AND TBID).
Swim at your own risk. The Owner is not responsible for any activities or safety at the pool/spa. There is an additional charge for more than 6 guests.
