2 Resort Style Pools: The Northside pool is less than 5 min walk from your doorstep and features 5,000 sq ft zero entry style and is heated seasonally. (Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April) The Southside pool also features cabanas and loungers.

- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit B). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
