We love the Seacrest community for the most part. The beach situation leaves a little to be desired as the community is very large and the "beach area" that this neighborhood has access to is ENTIRELY too small for the amount of people in this community. You are literally on top of everyone. On both sides of this little slice of sand it is basically empty. The rules of the beach in 30A have gotten so out of hand it is really hard to enjoy a day at the beach unless you pack up and drive somewhere so keep that in mind as you are renting. Also this home advertises free beach setup included.. The logistics of this are so ridiculous that we did not even pursue. If you go down this road you will understand what I mean. The home is new and very pretty, great furnishings, very comfortable with room to spread out. We had a group of 10 with adults and 18 year olds. The beds are comfy, the closets have plenty of space with some built ins to store your clothes. Some of the rooms do not have dressers so you have to figure out what to do with your things. Kitchen was stocked decently for cooking, appliances are great. The fridge is a bit small for a group the size this house can sleep but the wine fridge came in handy for overflow drinks. This home is equipped with a wifi thermostat that is locked to whatever the homeowner deems necessary. Floor 2 & 3 where the sleeping quarters are is very warm and after paying 9K rent you cannot adjust the temperature which I was not happy about.
