Große Enttäuschung
1. Failed to communicate with the provider, no answer, cell phone turned off when, she was unhelpful and rude.
2. We only found out 12 hours before arrival that the key had to be picked up from a shop 20 minutes away.
3. When we got to the apartment 5 minutes early (2:55 p.m.), it hadn't been tidied up, cleaned or the beds made. This happened within 20 minutes. It was dirty, hair in the shower, the kitchen was smeared with grease, dust everywhere. When opening the refrigerator, the ice compartment cover fell off.
4. The only cupboard was full of junk, there was 1 (!) water glass, no wine glasses, no small spoons, the dishes were dirty.
5. There is no way to put your wardrobe in this apartment, no closet, no hanger.
When asked about it, in writing and by telephone (MULTIPLE TIMES), we received no help either from the landlord or from the colleagues at FEWO Direkt. Not before the trip when we couldn't get in touch with the landlord, not on arrival when we wanted to turn down the apartment, and not afterwards when we complained.
Fewo-Direkt: "I'm sorry" - that was all.
AND we only got the deposit back after 8 weeks after repeated requests.
WE WILL NOT BOOK ON THIS PLATFORM ANY MORE, the guarantees are worth nothing in case of doubt. A PITY
