Without a doubt this was the worst experience I have encountered anywhere and I have stayed at hundreds of apartments in Paris and elsewhere. First problem, one has to retrieve the key from a location far from the apartment at least 10 to 15 mins in a car. If one is taking an Uber or Bolt from the airport or train station it is not easy to make this stop on the way and a major hassle if you leave your luggage inside the main entrance while you walk ((a long walk!) or take a taxi (additional expense round trip)!
There is no lift and if you have luggage, then difficult climb on curving stairs to third floor. Of course no help a available!
There were no instructions on heating the apartment and despite three very cold nights, the agent could not identify a solution until an Assistant finally visited the apartment and uncovered a radiator behind double drapes (curtains) and blocked entirely by the back flat of the dining table!
Impossible to speak directly with Agent who insisted that all communication be by email!
Finally the hot water in the shower lasts a maximum of 3 (three) minutes! And a final insult, no toilet paper in the bathroom which I have never experienced! What are they thinking? I was told to purchase outside and I would be reimbursed. I did not come to Paris to buy toilet paper!
I requested at least a partial refund which was denied.
Never again! I definitely do not recommend and really suggest that this property be taken off the list!
