The property is in a new community at Silver Summit, a 3 story town home. It’s very new and the guest rooms are upstairs with 2 separate suites. The check in instruction is clear and the host is very responsive. We came here for skiing at Park City and Deer Valley. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes of driving to either Deer Valley East Village parking lot, or bottom of Canyon side of Park City. Both free parking and easy access to the slopes. Also same time/distance to Main Street Park City If you don’t feel like driving, there’s also a High Valley Transit bus stop right at the top of the street of the property. We didn’t ride it though. You may want to consult the route map and schedule. We saw those buses at the ski area parking and downtown Park City. The property has a walking trail and bike trail around the community. We enjoyed walking the dogs in the afternoon. So a nice location away from the busy area oof Park City but still very convenient! Will definitely book again next time we visit Park City.
