« Great location that’s the only plus.Horrific check in process, never given an address, after a 10hr flight and 2h journey arrived in Parma and was given 2 numbers to call of which both went to voicemail
.twice finally received a call and was not given the proper street name. Once inside, no instructions given for anything, no Wi-Fi absolutely horrible shower
.try standing in a tub with a wand that keeps malfunctioning took 1 shower in our 3 night stay. Would not recommend. »

« Initially I thought I booked a place with parking but there is NO private parking. My dad is disabled so I wanted parking. They told me I could park at a parking garage that has terrible reviews of travelers gettting their cars broken in to and picture of the cars. I was displeased but proceeded. We showed up and lucky for us there was a handicapped parking place right out front. I went upstairs with Rabi (i think that was his name) as you cannot check yourself in, its an old building with old...
