"The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The duvets and bed sheets were dirty, not properly washed, and had yellow stains. In addition, the staff were unprofessional and poorly trained. I arrived late at night, around 1:00 a.m., and the receptionist told me that the $35 credit could be used the next day because the current day had already ended. However, I was later surprised to find that I had been charged for my consumption. On top of that, almost everything comes with an extra charge, including Wi-Fi and luggage storage. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with dishonest and unhelpful staff."

"Très déçu de cet hôtel les chambres sont très petite même la premium J’ai payé très chère et vraiment pas une belle vue de la chambre. Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement À Time square et près des stations de métro J’ai fêter mon anniversaire même pas une petite attention de leur part! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car il est cher pour ce que c’est"
