« The property and rooms were beautiful. The room service menu was very limited especially because all the dining options were luxury. There didn't feel like there was a casual restaurant or coffee shop on site unless I missed it. I also would have expected someone to help us with our lugguge upon arrival-a true bell hop-but the arrival was just OK. It would be great if they offered a golf cart for guests who are down in the rooms by the tennis courts. Otherwise, stunning property. »

« Stayed for a night with my family and it's our 1st time in this hotel. We love the ambiance in the front desk and upto going up to the room. In our room has the double bed suite with the harbor view is so relaxing. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable but I noticed their some mosquito flying and biting me around the couch area. I am very sensitive to mosquito biting that makes me uncomfortable. But without that problem I will come back here. It's surrounded with awesome restaurants...

« The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is VERY convenient to downtown Half Moon Bay - right in the middle of some stores. Great for walking to restaurants and shopping. It was very quiet while we were there but I don't know about weekend noise. There is no staff on the premises but they did response to our phone calls to resolve a few minor problems. We paid for parking which was nice for coming and going. »

« Sue & Michelle were both amazing, the couple housekeepers we saw were also amazing too! Breakfast was offered to be served daily to our room or to be served at the dining room, we chose our room. Surrounding areas were amazing the weather was great, only small thing was that if you’re there mid day when the temperatures get high there is no AC so it could get a bit warm, but if you just open up a window or balcony like we did and it cooled down instantly. « M, awful, dump. Holes in walls, thin walls, loud tenants in rooms and parking lot, dirty, stained towels, toilets and tv’s that don’t work. If you like crack ho’s and drunk people roaming through the parking lot at night, yelling, and screaming, then this is the place for you. If NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful. Stayed one night. That’s enough for me for a lifetime. I’m reporting them to the city and county health departments. RUN, don’t walk away. Just gross!!! »

« just a little issue with the room service starting at 8:30 am on a sunday morning the rooms are really noisy i have to ask 3 times to get the proper WIFI password without any reply from the 3 people therre !!!! the location is superbe »

« Nous avons été déçus par cet hôtel qui est un motel légèrement amélioré et non un boutique hôtel. Le lobby est très agréable et les femmes de ménage souriantes mais cela s’arrête là. Chambre sombre, petite, qui sent très mauvais (la moquette a mal séché ?), lits inconfortables qui s’affaissaient au milieu. Nous avons eu froid et la Clim/chauffage faisait bcp de bruit. Tarif élevé pour cet hôtel. »
