Longer than expected check in due to Expedia failing to provide my reservation to the hotel. The hotel also took a long time to get things ready. They left my personal info (so called virtual card) at the front desk with many people walking behind it, long wait and then they said the computer has issues. All sorts of excuses.
Poor sound proof can hear loud footstep from above.
Staff were professional, courteous at all time. I asked them about why guests must always provide certain info for loyalty program at check in, they listened and explained patiently.
Unlike many other hotels that either got impatient, defensive, or upset, this hotel’s staff service has been positive. So 5 out of 5 on service & attitude.
Hot water is not hot but warm only. Not ok for me but others may be ok.
The was well designed and very functional with well thought out details.
Breakfast was fine.
Parking easy.
A very good choice for San Carlos.
Had the long wait and disorganized check in not happened, this hotel would have receive 5 out of 5.
One cloth and towel hanger is loose, but no major impact.
